I am currently a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine graduate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Watching people get healthier, grow and blossom fills my heart. I love to see the excitement and sparkle in their eyes when they start reclaiming their own health, get connected to their true nature, and radiate wellness. I am passionate about digestive health concerns such as Celiac and food sensitivities; stress reduction; hormone rebalancing; Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, pain reduction; sports medicine/movement medicine; epilepsy, and effective solutions for super-human syndrome.

I have been in and around the natural health world all of my life. I also had my own successful practice as a natural health practitioner and reiki master in Alexandria, VA, for several years where I helped thousands of people achieve their optimum health through body, mind, and spirit.

In my former career, I was an award-winning public affairs specialist and journalist for U.S. Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, headquarters of Navy and Marine Corps Medicine, in Falls Church, VA. I owe a lot of my inspiration and awe to the remarkable work of our rockstar military medical personnel.

I am also an active hiker, dancer, and martial artist, who loves an occasional almond milk chai as a treat to feed my soul. I believe in magic, being of service every day, and the immense power of love.

If you want to know what I learned in naturopathic medical school, check out my blog naturopathicchronicles.com!  I would love to see you as a patient! For the next few months I will be writing my NPLEX and CONO licensing examinations to become a licensed Naturopathic Doctor.
